  • Management: It clarifies how to maintain the control of your business through the management team describe the experiences of the each manager in each fields should acquire.
  • Finances and Resources: It states the financial resources that you need to make your business run successfully in line with the plan and how you will get them.

These elements of the business plan will take more time to prepare. A business plan is not only for starting new business or applying for loans, but it is also important for running a business. This plan can optimize the business growth and development according to priorities. Thus, this explains why a business plan is similar with research report that has the importance role for guidance and a benchmark reference document for the entire organization.
